Mr. Aravind Prabu

Aravind Prabhu, “Lion of Chennai” is generally known for his fearless leadership and commitment.
He is a very young and dynamic personality, admired for his energy, drive, and vision.
An excellent decision-maker, he takes strong and effective steps to guide the IMPA community.
He is a source of inspiration for all IMPA members, motivating them to aim higher and achieve more.
His attitude and energetic nature encourage others to push themselves to the next level.
He is a person of heart, constantly thinking about what more can be done for the welfare of the community.
As President of IMPA Chennai, he is dedicated to community unity, growth, and empowerment.
He actively promotes education, entrepreneurship, and opportunities for youth and professionals within the community.
His leadership builds strong support systems and networks for members, ensuring progress and inclusivity.

Speaker

Anandham Selvakumar is a Tamil Nadu-based educational activist, social entrepreneur, and founder of the Anandham Youth Foundation (est. 2012), which provides 100% financial support for higher education to underprivileged rural students. He is a recipient of the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award for his contributions to student welfare, having empowered over 1,160+ students and trained over 1.9 lakh youth in life skills.

He is CEO of Maruthi Power Control Systems (since 1996), dealing in UPS and solar systems, and founder of GreatWorks, a sales consulting firm.

Mission: He focuses on providing 100% financial support to underprivileged students who excel in examinations but lack resources, aiming to eradicate poverty through education.

Impact: The foundation has aided over 800 students in various fields of study across Tamil Nadu.

Role & Background: He acts as the Managing Trustee of Anandham Youth Foundation, often conducting career guidance, mentoring, and life skill training for students.

Recognition: He received the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award, which is one of the highest recognitions by the Tamil Nadu State Government for contributions to student welfare.
